Instructions for the Removal and Disposal of Used Filters
To replace filters follow the filter change instructions supplied with all new filter kits.
- Disconnect the extractor from the electricity power supply.
- Ensure you are wearing the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Take care when removing and refitting filters and observe the manual handling guidelines for lifting and carrying.
- Seal all used filters in the plastic bags provided with the filter change kits.
- The used filters should then be disposed of in accordance with local authority regulations.
