Please try the following

1. Switch off machine
2. press and hold 1&3 together
3. switch on machine
4. wait for audible tone
5. release buttons
6. wait for lights to illuminate (top light should turn red)
7. this will have reset the PCB
8. enter code, **** the buttons should beep with each key press
9. machine should now run

I tried all the steps you described, but still the problem is not solved. After entering the code, nothing happens. Awaiting for your response.

Please try the following

Please could you check the PCB serial number for me (this will require turning the power off and removing the control panel by undoing the four screws) it would also be great if you also tell me the chip number that is on the PCB (chip number should start with GTS*-**). This will help me to double check the required activation code.

According to your email; I checked for the following in details that is as follows;
   
PCB Serial Number = *****
Chip Number on the PCB = *****

The original code given was incorrect for that PCB chip number. Please repeat the above procedure but with this code ****

Sorry for delay in reply. Now, after entering the new code, the machine is working OK.

You need to follow the procedure as shown below...

1. Switch off machine
2. Press and hold buttons 1&3 together
3. Switch on the machine
4. Wait for audible tone
5. Release buttons
6. Wait for lights to illuminate (top light should turn red)
7. This will have reset the PCB
8. Enter code, the buttons should beep with each key press
9. The machine should now run
